IMG_4211

After months of virtual collaboration, our project team finally came together in person – and what a setting it was! On May 30th, 2025, we met in the beautiful Harz Mountains in Germany for a productive and energizing milestone meeting.

A Productive Start of the Meeting

On May 30th, 2025, our project team gathered for the very first face-to-face meeting — and what better setting than the scenic Harz Mountains in Germany! Hosted by INI, who opened the meeting with a warm welcome, this milestone event brought together our partners for a productive and inspiring day of collaboration.

The meeting began with a review of the project timeline, followed by a detailed quality check comparing planned activities with their actual progress. We’re proud to report that all deliverables have been completed on time, carefully reviewed for quality, and shared via the project website in *.pdf formats for broader access. Launching the Training Program: AI-Driven Creativity

With these strong results behind us, we turned our focus towards the next big milestone: Activity 2 – the development of our training program, “AI-Driven Creativity: Advanced Training for Digital Innovators.” We began shaping five innovative learning modules that will serve as the foundation of this program. To ensure maximum relevance and impact, we’re involving representatives from our target audience directly in the content creation process. Their input is helping us design training that truly meets the real-world needs of creative professionals navigating the rapidly changing AI landscape.

Once the modules are finalized, our partner Budakov Films will begin producing the video content. This collaboration will help us create a training experience that is both practical and engaging, grounded in industry standards and real-world application.

Looking Ahead: Events in Sofia and Berlin

We also made plans for future project events: multiplier, training, and dissemination events are scheduled to take place this fall in Sofia, Bulgaria, and Berlin, Germany. The dates for the Berlin is already set for October 1st. Detailed planning will be made during our upcoming online meetings in June and July.

In addition, we briefly touched base upon the next phase of our project — Activity 3: Hands-On Training and Community Engagement. More in-depth discussions on this topic will follow in our upcoming virtual meetings.

A Walk in Nature to End on a High Note

To wrap up the meeting, the group enjoyed a refreshing walk through the beautiful Harz nature. Surrounded by greenery and fresh mountain air, conversations continued in a relaxed, informal atmosphere filled with positive energy and inspiration.

We’re excited about the road ahead! The training program we are building promises to be a valuable resource for creators, designers, and everyone working in the digital creative sector. Stay tuned for more updates — and thank you for following our journey!
