Date: 05.04.2025
On April 4th, 2025, representatives from INI-Novation GmbH (Germany) and Budakov Films (Bulgaria) convened for the second online transnational project meeting of Navigating AI Regulations: Practical Guide (Project No: 2024-2-DE02-KA210-VET-000287096). This pivotal session marked the official launch of Activity 2, setting the stage for the development and production of our innovative training program. With participants from our Steering Committee and key stakeholders present, the meeting underscored our commitment to excellence through a meticulous, collaborative methodology that ensures every training module is both relevant and impactful.
A Detailed Recap of Activity 1
The meeting began with a comprehensive review of Activity 1, which focused on establishing the training scope and aligning competencies with EQF Level 3. Insights gathered during this phase provided a clear picture of the essential skills and knowledge gaps within the creative industry, particularly in relation to AI risk management, compliance, and innovative digital practices. These findings have become the foundation upon which Activity 2 is built.
Launching Activity 2: Methodology for Tangible Results
At the heart of the discussion was the meticulous methodology planned for Activity 2, which is pivotal to achieving our three main project objectives. Our partners detailed a robust approach to producing training content that leverages their domain expertise while actively involving representatives from the target audience. This collaborative effort is designed to ensure that every learning module is grounded in real-world needs and industry standards.
Key Elements of the Methodology:
Expert-Driven Content Production:
Both INI-Novation GmbH and Budakov Films will lead the content development, drawing on their extensive experience in digital innovation, creative practices, and regulatory frameworks. This ensures that the training materials are not only technically sound but also contextually relevant to the challenges faced by creative professionals.
Engagement with the Target Audience:
To guarantee the practical relevance of the content, representatives from the target audience are actively involved in the content creation process. Their input helps shape the training modules, ensuring that the material addresses the real-world competencies and skills required to navigate the evolving landscape of AI regulations.
Structured Workflow and Cross Review:
A structured workflow has been established, detailing clear deadlines, milestones, and responsibilities. Once initial content is produced, a thorough cross review process will take place. This ensures that the training modules, including instructional videos, meet the highest standards of quality and align perfectly with the learning objectives identified in Activity 1.
Focused Video Modules:
The training program will feature a series of videos that spotlight the most critical learning objectives of each module. These videos are carefully designed to distill complex regulatory and technical content into accessible, engaging formats. They are aligned with the identified needs from Activity 1 and are structured to meet EQF Level 3 standards, thereby ensuring that participants gain practical, applicable knowledge.
Inclusive and Accessible Approach:
Recognizing the importance of accessibility, the content development process incorporates an inclusive approach. This involves adapting training materials to cater to a diverse audience, ensuring that all learners—regardless of background—can benefit from the program. The focus on inclusivity also extends to language and technical support, making sure that the materials are accessible and understandable for VET learners across different regions.
Bridging Innovation and Regulation
Activity 2 is designed to achieve three core objectives: improving AI and data usage competence, enhancing digital skills for creative applications, and boosting awareness of EU policies such as the AI Act. By aligning the training modules with the competencies identified in Activity 1, our partners are ensuring that the program is both comprehensive and future-proof. The cross review process is a critical component, providing continuous feedback and guaranteeing that the content not only meets current industry standards but is also adaptable to emerging trends and regulatory changes.
Looking Ahead
The success of this second online transnational meeting is a testament to the collaborative spirit and shared commitment of our partners in delivering high-quality, impactful training. As we move forward with Activity 2, we are confident that our meticulously crafted methodology will yield a training program that empowers creative professionals to navigate AI regulations with confidence and competence.
INI-Novation GmbH and Budakov Films remain dedicated to driving innovation and excellence throughout this project, ensuring that every phase is executed with precision and an unwavering focus on the needs of the creative community. Stay tuned for further updates as we continue our journey towards transforming digital creativity through informed, innovative, and accessible training programs.
