Our Project Activities & Results
The project follows three key activities, each designed to enhance AI literacy and compliance in the creative sector. From defining the training scope to developing and testing the AI-Driven Creativity program, every phase is carefully monitored to ensure high-quality outcomes. Results, including training materials, expert insights, and real-world feedback, are regularly updated and publicly shared, ensuring transparency and accessibility. This open approach maximizes impact, empowering trainers, freelancers, and entrepreneurs with practical knowledge to integrate AI responsibly into their work.
Activity 1: Establishing Training Scope and EQF Level 3 Alignment
From 01.01.2025 to 31.03.2025, INI-Novation will lead the process of defining the exact scope and structure of the training program ‘AI-Driven Creativity: Advanced Training for Digital Innovators.’ This activity will ensure that the program aligns with EQF Level 3 standards, equipping trainers with the knowledge and skills to integrate AI Act regulations into their future training efforts.
Activity 2: Producing the Training Program ‘AI-Driven Creativity: Advanced Training for Digital Innovators'
INI-Novation and Budakov Films will join their efforts in creating the training program, focusing on critical aspects of the AI Act, including: risk classification, compliance, transparency, and data governance. This activity will ensure that the program addresses these essential regulatory requirements, helping entrepreneurs in the creative industries adhere to legal standards and ethical data management practices.
Activity 3: Hands-On Training and Community Engagement
From 01.09.2025 to 31.12.2025, both partners will oversee the testing, refinement, and optimization of the training program and accompanying videos, based on real-world feedback. The training materials will be translated into partner languages and include subtitles, ensuring accessibility and practicality for professionals in the field.
Dissemination Plan
The Dissemination Plan serves as a strategic framework to ensure the effective communication and outreach of the project’s results to relevant stakeholders. It outlines key dissemination activities, target audiences, and communication channels while establishing measurable indicators to track progress and impact. By guiding visibility efforts, the plan ensures that project outcomes are widely shared, fostering engagement, awareness, and long-term sustainability.
Quality Assurance Plan
The Quality Assurance Plan ensures that all project activities, outputs, and deliverables meet high standards of excellence and align with the project’s objectives. It defines clear quality criteria, monitoring procedures, and evaluation mechanisms to assess progress, identify potential risks, and implement corrective actions. By fostering a culture of continuous improvement, the plan guarantees the reliability, relevance, and impact of the project’s results.
