Bridging the AI Knowledge Gap in the Creative Industry

This Erasmus+ co-funded project Navigating AI Regulations: Practical Guide (Pr. No: 2024-2-DE02-KA210-VET-000287096) addresses the lack of AI and data regulation knowledge among trainers and freelancers in the creative sector. Many professionals struggle to understand the AI Act, limiting their ability to guide young entrepreneurs. By equipping trainers with essential AI skills, the project ensures they can integrate AI into business models while maintaining compliance with EU regulations. Additionally, the project enhances digital skills by providing advanced training in AI tools and data analysis, empowering professionals to drive innovation and productivity in the creative industry. Finally, it promotes awareness of EU policies, ensuring compliance with the AI Act and fostering ethical AI adoptionwithin the sector.

Aligning with Erasmus+ Priorities

This project directly supports key Erasmus+ priorities by promoting inclusion and diversity, ensuring trainers from diverse backgrounds gain the skills needed to support a broad range of learners. By focusing on AI literacy and EU policies, it empowers all participants to thrive in the digital economy. It also addresses digital transformation by enhancing AI-related competencies, equipping professionals to navigate the evolving creative industry. Furthermore, by aligning training with labor market needs, the project helps build a workforce ready for the AI-driven creative economy, fostering innovation and long-term adaptability.

Ensuring Impact Through Continuous Monitoring

Project partners actively track key qualitative and quantitative indicators to measure success and maximize impact. A Quality Assurance Plan, developed at the project’s start, outlines KPIs to evaluate progress across all activities, ensuring objectives are met effectively.
